Return of tickets

Tickets will only be accepted back if the event is postponed/cancelled. We are forced to draw your attention to the fact that the right of withdrawal, as well as the right of cancellation according to §312 b Absatz 3 Nr. 6 BGB in case of ordering entrance tickets to certain events is not valid.

In case of cancellation or postponement of an event, we send automatic letters from our system to the email addresses of those people who purchased tickets for this event, with information about how the procedure for returning tickets and refunds will occur.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the NaKonzert.de website, represented by NaKonzert.es, and to all resulting contractual relationships with users and customers.

 

Contractual partner

Unless otherwise stated, NaKonzert only brokers tickets or other services offered on behalf of or in the name and on behalf of the respective organizer. The respective organizer is responsible for the provision and fulfillment of the service offered. By purchasing tickets, a contractual relationship is established directly between the buyer and the organizer.

 

Conclusion of contract

Payment

The total price of the order including all fees is due for payment immediately after conclusion of the contract (confirmation notification by email). Data security

All data entered by the customer (address data, credit card data, account information, etc.) is treated confidentially. Data is not passed on to third parties unless the data is required by the contractual partner to fulfill the order. Personalized data is only recorded and stored with the customer's express consent.

 

Returns

Tickets can only be returned if the event is canceled or rescheduled. In these cases, the customer must return the tickets to NaKonzert.de immediately, but no later than 14 days after the original event date. The customer will receive a refund of the full ticket price provided the original tickets (no copies) and original invoice are available and the tickets were also ordered via the NaKonzert.es online shop. If the tickets are lost, no refund is possible. Insofar as Nakonzert.es offers services in the area of leisure events on behalf of the organizer, in particular tickets for events, there is no distance selling contract according to 312b BGB. This means that a two-week right of cancellation and return is excluded. Every order of tickets is binding immediately after confirmation by NaKonzert.es on behalf of the organizer and obliges you to accept and pay for the tickets ordered.

 

Defective/cancelled events

If an event is defective and NaKonzert.de is not responsible for this defect, you can only assert warranty claims against the organizer. If an event is canceled (without an alternative date), NaKonzert.es undertakes to refund the ticket price (minus shipping costs). The same applies to the rescheduling of an event within the current event period. If you assert your claim after the event has ended, the organizer will refund you the net ticket price. In this case, NaKonzert.es only handles the refund process for the organizer. There is no obligation to inform the customer about the cancellation of an event, and the customer cannot therefore assert this obligation.

 

Warranty

NaKonzert.es does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information offered on the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. If NaKonzert.es has information about canceled or changed event dates, NaKonzert.es will inform the buyer if the buyer entered a valid email address when ordering. Warranty claims for the provision of contractual services only exist against the respective organizer. The customer is obliged to check the tickets for accuracy and completeness (in particular event, date, time, price and number) immediately after delivery and to notify NaKonzert.de of any complaints in writing by email, fax or post within 3 working days.

 

Final clauses

NaKonzert.de reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time without giving reasons. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed. Should individual points of these general terms and conditions be or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the contract as a whole. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
